Overview

This is a no-frills guesthouse, which is still very functional and cosy. It is ideal for groups, as it is especially aimed at university students during their studies. The building is relatively modern and very clean, in the accommodation units as well as the shared areas. It comprises a total of 90 units and offers an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, lift access, a café, a games room, a TV room, a restaurant, Internet access/WLAN and a launderette.

Location

This guesthouse is situated on the best square in Spain, in the heart of Madrid, a short walk from shopping centres, theatres, cinemas and historical monuments. The Palacio Real, Madrid de los Austrias, the Catedral de la Almudena and the Templo de Debod can all be found within a 10-minute walk of the guesthouse. Madrid Airport is approximately 10 km away.

Room

The guesthouse offers single and double accommodation units, all of the no-frills variety, which are however cosy and functional and offer Internet access. A TV, a double bed and central heating come as standard and a washing machine is provided. The bathroom facilities are shared and there are 4 per floor.

Meal

The meals are completely homemade. The menu includes two first courses to choose from, a choice of two main courses (meat or fish), salads and desserts.
