This elegant 4-star hotel opened quite recently in 2005 and has been comprehensively renovated to feature a modern and contemporary interior yet still retaining many of the building’s beautiful and well-preserved period features. The Centro Restaurant is open for dinner in the evening, serving a delicious selection of international dishes combined with some of most typical popular dishes. Guests can enjoy such cuisine as a salad dressed with the best olive oil and then move onto Norwegian salmon and end their meal with torrijas de Pascua.
