Overview

The building was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2004. The building consists of 4 storeys and a total of 216 are apartments. The facilities include a large, peaceful garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with lifts and a reception that is open to guests around the clock. There is also a TV room, a supermarket, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. There is also an Internet terminal available for guests' use. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service. The complex offers bicycle hire as well as a children's play area.

Location

This appealing apartment complex is located some 100 m from the beach at the boarder between the resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It is 300 m to Cala Bona's sandy beach. The harbour with its scores of restaurants is less than a kilometre away. Cala Millor's sandy beach and centre with its abundance of shops and other entertainment options is 400 m away.

Rooms

The tastefully furnished apartments are fitted with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a food preparation area, air conditioning (individually regulated), central heating, a safe and a balcony. The rooms are cleaned on departure.

Sport

There is a pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a snack bar, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The complex also possesses an indoor swimming pool and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna (for an additional charge) and a solarium. Other activities include water aerobics, archery, volleyball and minigolf. Mountain biking, pool, snooker and golf are all available on payment of an additional charge. The apartment complex organises a diverse entertainment programme for young and older guests on a daily basis.
