A popular choice for British holidaymakers, with many bars, pubs, karaoke bars, clubs and entertainment options. The ultimate night out in Magaluf, or indeed on the island is at “BCM” nightclub, one of the largest clubs in Europe with international DJs pumping out music to thousands of revelers – a night not to be missed!
Hidden Gems
Aqualand water park is a must for kids of all ages; check out the Tornado, Kamikaze and boomerang rides. The Black Hole and Congo River also provide excellent entertainment – you may find you end up going more than once on your holidays.
How’s the shopping?
You will find the usual souvenir and craft shops in Magaluf along with supermarkets and shops selling tat and holiday essentials. For the serious shopper, you could hop on a bus to Palma. Buses should only cost around 3-4 Euros and run fairly regularly.
Where can I get a burger?
Burger King! Well, there are more than just fast food options for eating out in Magaluf, with a choice of cuisines. If you’re with kids you may want to head to the “Happy House” where there is an excellent variety of kids meals with free ice cream or for some home cooking check out “Cottage”.
Whatever you do when you go out, don’t bring out all your money or your passport as there are pick pocketers around.

- Local buses are quite cheap although you could get around by foot or you could hire a bike. Taxis are fairly cheap if you can’t be doing with public transport.

- You could learn a few phrases.

- Tipping ranges from 5% to 10%, it's not compulsory but may improve your service if you do!
