Overview

The 3 star Hotel Drach is a small family run hotel that is situated around 300 metres from the Caves of the Drach in the quiet resort of Porto Cristo on the central east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1965, the traditional Hotel Drach has a total of 77 twin rooms and a further 23 self catering apartments which are distributed between a 3 storey main building and smaller adjacent annexe block. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone and either a terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior views over the marina and sea front promenade. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage rooms for late departures, a buffet style restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
