Renovated In 2005, This Apartment Complex Comprises A 3-Storey Building With A Total Of 80 Apartments. It Has A Bar And A Restaurant.

Additional Information

The grounds include a 4,000 m² garden with a pool. The nearest golf course lies some 40 km away.The studios do not have bedrooms; guests sleep on sofa beds. The studios are for up to 2 adults and are not suitable for additional cots. The reception is open from 9 am - 12:30 pm and 5 pm - 7:30 pm. In July and August it is open from 9 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 9 pm. If guests arrive outside of opening hours, they will be informed of their apartment location at the entrance with their name, and the key will be in the apartment door.

Directions

Mahón can be reached either by plane or by boat. Follow the signs for Ciutadella, passing through the towns of Alaior, Es Mercadal and Ferrerias. On the outskirts of Ciutadella there is a roundabout, take a left and follow the signs for Cap d'Artruix. Go through the following 4 or 5 roundabouts, taking a left for Cap d'Artruix at the last one. Then take a right for Cala Blanca, proceed past the Hotel Mediterrani and follow the one way street. Go through the centre of the resort, with the doctor's practice, the pharmacy and the restaurant Xauxa on the right. Continue straight on past the small supermarket. The apartment complex is 50 m further on.

This apartment complex is around 3.5 km from Ciutadella and is located on the west coast of Menorca in Cala Blanca. Public transport departs from a stop located 100 m from the property and the beach is only around 300 m away. The airport is about 50 km away.

The comfortable apartments are fitted with an en suite bathroom, TV, kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, as well as either a balcony or terrace. The studios do not have a separate bedroom.
