 The hotel, built in 1988, was completely refurbished during winter 2001 and its furniture has been renewed on 2007. The 86 apartments, built in 1996, are distributed in two buildings, all situated around a large garden area. A central building with air-conditioned public rooms: reception, lounge/bar, a lounge with Sat-TV and card or board games. At the gardens there are two swimming pools for adults and two for children, sunbathing areas with sun-beds, a snack-bar, mulit -use court and two play parks for children
