Set on a quiet pedestrian street, the apartments blend harmoniously with the contemporary and functional architecture and the charm of traditional Seville. Built in 2010, the aparthotel offers 17 guest rooms with natural light, and comfortable spaces equipped for leisure and business guests. The hotel offers apartments of different sizes and categories, loft studios, and standard one-bedroom penthouses with private terraces and two bedrooms. All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a double bed and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Each accommodation unit additionally features a TV, Internet access, safe and an ironing set. Bedding and towels are provided.

Notes
The reception is open from 9 am until 8 pm, and from 9 am until 5 pm on weekends and bank holidays. Check-in outside reception hours will be charged at an additional cost. Check-out is before 12 pm and check-in is from 3 pm until 10 pm, and from 12 pm until 3 pm on weekends and holidays. The admission of pets is prohibited (except guide dogs for the blind). Cleaning and laundry services incur an additional fee.
