Overview

Built in 2003, this new ski resort hotel comprises 30 apartments. Facilities include a reception hall, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, WLAN Internet access and a laundry service. The hotel has its own car park and garage.

Location

The apartment hotel is situated in the middle of the Sierra Nevada ski resort, 600 m from access to the chairlift. Pradollano Square is just a 10-minute walk away. There are links to the public transport network just 100 m from the hotel, and the train station is about 35 km away.

Rooms

The hotel features studios for 2 to 4 people, which come with either bunk beds or sofa beds. There are also 1-bedroom apartments for up to 4 or 6 people and 2-bedroom apartments for 6 or 8 people. All apartments come fully equipped with a kitchenette with electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower and one garage parking space (subject to availability). Other amenities include TV, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated heating, a seating area and a terrace.

Set menu meals are offered at the hotel.

Notes

Keys should be collected at reception in the Habitat Sierra Nevada Office, situated in the Arttyfal building. Check-in is from 5 pm, to 8 pm, and checking in later than this will incur a surcharge. It is obligatory to call the hotel in advance on +34 958-480 009 or +34 676-990 065 for check-in later than 8 pm. Guests will be required to leave a deposit upon arrival, payable on a credit Card, which will be returned within 3 days of departure if there is no damage to the apartment. Guests are required to return the key before 11 am to check out. Animals are not allowed in this hotel. Each accommodation unit has linen, but no towels - guests can hire towels from the hotel.
