The hotel was inagurated in 1994 and totally renovated in 2004. It comprises a total of 413 double rooms on 4 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a café, a bar, a small supermarket, a children's playground, a hairdresser and lifts. There is also a games room, a TV room and a café.
This hotel is located in Costa Adeje, at 350 mt from Playa del Duque and 250 mt from Paya de Fañabe, both sandy beaches. At 100 mt there is a bus stop and Playa de las Americas is just 2 km away.
All the rooms offer an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, a fridge, air conditioning, a satellite TV, a balcony, a safe and a minibar ( both with extra charge ). The rooms adapted for disabled clients have roll-in showers.|
A swimming pool (heated in winter) with a children's paddling area, a poolside bar with sun terrace, sun loungers and cushions are located in the outdoor complex. 2 further pools are to be found on the roof. There is also a solarium and a sauna (at an extra cost) on offer to hotel guests. Moreover, there are tennis courts, a minigolf course, as well as an in-house gym for guests to make use of (all for an additional fee). There is a golf course within 3 km of the hotel. The hotel offers an entertainment programme on a regular basis.

Guests who are staying all-inclusive receive a list upon arrival detailing everything that is included during their stay. Not included in the price: safe, minibar, telephone calls and pay TV (films and specific channels).|Note for disabled clients: no access to rooftop solarium; there is a steep slope leading into the reception area from the street, but staff will help any cllients when necessary.
