The comfortable apartment complex comprises a total of 178 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a lift and a 24-hour reception. It is possible for guests to rent a car here. In addition, a hire safe, a currency exchange desk and a supermarket are within easy reach. There is also a cafe, a bar, a games room and a restaurant available to guests. Medical services are also included within the hotel facilities.
This apartment complex is located in San Eugenio by Costa Adeje, only about 600 m from the beach. In addition, a bus stop may be found only 50 m from the complex as well as shopping opportunities. Bars and restaurants lie around 20 m away and the airport is about 15 km from the hotel.
The light and tastefully decorated apartments each come with a combined living/ bedroom, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave. All also feature a direct dial telephone and a hire safe. On request, guests are able to hire a satellite TV. Each apartment also comes with a balcony or terrace.
