Additional Information
The reception is about 100 ms of distance at the Urbania Club. The
opening schedule ( From July 01/2009) is from the 9:00 am to 13:00 pm,
and from 16:00 pm to 20:00 pm.hours from Monday through Sunday. The
night guardian will have the keys for all the rooms(20:00 to 6:00hs).
Directions
Taking as arrival point to the island, the airport of Reina Sofia South,
take the South direction towards Los Cristianos turning towards the
freeway TF-1. Driving during about 15 minutes, take the exit 28 Playa de
Las Américas. At the roundabout, take exit 1 and continue on the TF-481
in the direction of Playa de Las Américas. Turn to the right and soon to
the left on the Calle Venezuela, where is located the complex of
bungalows.
Location Information
The Cortijo is in Las Americas, 300 meters from the beach and surrounded
by the zone of restaurants, commercial centers, day and nightly
entertainment centers, etc. It is at 500 meters from the closest golf
course, the football and athletics stadium and only 50 meters from the
bus-station, which you will be able to reach on foot without any
problem. The transfer to the South Tenerife Airport is of only 15 min.
Rooms Information
The apartments are of two floors, on the ground floor are the kitchen,
the hall and the terrace and in the higher floor the room and bathroom.
The decoration has been well thought of and the warm colors have been
used that create a relaxed atmosphere for the guests. Cradles are at the
disposition of the clients without additional fee, but a previous
request is needed.
