Built in 1996, this apartment complex comprises of a 5-storey main building with a total of 244 rooms. The hotel has a lobby with a reception, 4 lifts, 2 bars, a restaurant, an internet access (extra charge), a playground for children, a conference room, a TV room and a games room. Laundry services complete the amenities on offer at this hotel.
The inviting complex is situated in a central location in the tourist resort of La Caleta in the popular holiday destination of Costa Adje. Playa del Duque beach is simply 200 m away. Several shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants surround the hotel. A bus service to the centre of Playa de las Americas departs from a stop located directly next to the complex.
The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a hire safe and a furnished balcony with either views of the pool or the sea. Some of the studios are adapted.|The studios adapted for disabled clients have a roll-in shower.
The hotel offers 2 freshwater pools (1 heated on winter), a separate children's pool, sun loungers and parasols (for an additional fee) and a Jacuzzi (on the roof terrace). There are also tennis and billiards (for an additional fee) and table tennis facilities. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme including shows, games, dance, sports and live music. For children, special shows and kids' disco are on offer. Guests may pay a visit to the golf course that is located just 2 km from the hotel.
In the main restaurant guests can enjoy the breakfast and the dinner buffet, as well as the sea view. The lunch is normally served in the pool restaurant, clients can choose the meals from a buffet or from a menu.
La Caleta offers the best of both worlds. This traditional Canarian fishing village has excellent seafood restaurants in a relaxed atmosphere, and is also close by to Playa de las Americas so you can take advantage of the excellent nightlife.
