Built in 1993 and renovated in 2005, this 3-storey hotel comprises a total of 141 double rooms. There is a lobby awaiting guests with a reception desk. Further facilities include a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs. There is also an Internet terminal and laundry service available (both for an additional fee).
This hotel is located on the coastal road directly above the sea and approximately 350 m from the Playa de la Arena beach. The town centre is just a short walk away and offers a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues (about 350 m away). Public transport links are located close by, just 50 metres from the hotel, meaning that every destination on the island can easily be reached and the airport is around 45 km away.
The functional rooms come fitted with an en suite bathroom with a bath, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace some of which have views out over the sea.
The hotel has a well-maintained outdoor complex with a pool and a children's pool, a pool snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. It is possible to play tennis and billiards for an extra cost and to participate in the varied entertainment programme.
The meals are offered in the buffet restaurant. This is not an exclusively all-inclusive hotel; some services and facilities can have an extra charge. The all-inclusive programme is available on arrival.

The reception is open from 8 am to midnight. After those times there is a night porter.
