Built in 2000, this hotel complex comprises a total of 432 rooms spread over 6 floors. Amongst the fully air-conditioned hotel's facilities there is a foyer with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, 5 lifts, a café, disco and piano bar, a hairdressing salon and a buffet restaurant. There is a playground and kid's club for children, a games room, several lounges including a TV lounge, a laundry service and a public Internet terminal (for a fee). WLAN Internet access and room service are also available (fees apply to the latter).
This hotel is situated in the holiday resort of Playa de la Arena, on the hillside above the volcanic beach, meaning that wonderful views are to be had from the hotel out over the sea and La Gomera. The tourist centre, offering many shops, bars and restaurants, is just a stone's throw away, and the comfortable holiday resort has been constructed in a terraced form with wonderful subtropical gardens. The town of Costa Adeje is around 25 km away and Santa Cruz is some 150 km away. Tenerife South Airport is around 47 km away and Tenerife North Airport is some 120 km away.
There are 2 swimming pools, a separate children's pool with water slides, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool/snack bar and a roof terrace in the outdoor complex. Various activities are on offer to provide entertainment, including table tennis, water ball and an introductory diving course in the swimming pool (once a week). Furthermore, guests may play minigolf, bocce and, for an additional charge, billiards and tennis. Children may take part in the special entertainment programme with games, competitions and a 'mini disco'. A gym and massages are available for an extra charge. There is an evening show put on in the music hall for the entertainment of all guests. Sun loungers and parasols are available for a fee on the sandy beach.
Guests may serve themselves from the breakfast buffet, which features show cooking.
