The complex was built in 1999, completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 78 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities at the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. The apartment hotel also offers 2 lifts, a small supermarket, a bar, a public Internet terminal, laundry services and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and high-chairs for children.

Location

Lying in the tourist centre of Puerto de Santiago, this apartment complex is about 1 km from the town centre where there is an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues on offer to guests. The nearest beach is about 200 m from the apartment hotel. The closest stop for public transport is to be found a mere 50 metres away.

Sport

A swimming pool is to be found in the outdoor complex as is a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a poolside snack bar with a partly roofed terrace and a separate nudist sun terrace. For an additional fee guests can also enjoy a hot tub, a sauna, a gym and a range of massage treatments, while there is also a pool table available for guests (extra charges apply).
