Sunprime Coral Suites & Spa

Overview

Renovated throughout in 2009, the Sunprime Coral Suites and Spa is a modern ‘adult only’ resort situated in a superb area close to Tenerife’s popular Troya and Las Vistas beaches, the beachfront promenade, the exclusive shopping areas of Playa de las Americas and plenty of restaurants, bars and leisure amenities. Locally there are water sports on the beach, an aqua park in the resort and plenty of golf courses within easy reach.

As its name suggests, the Coral Suites and Spa has 191 suite style rooms spread across the six floors of this u-shaped building. All are spacious, modern and well equipped with flat screen TV’s, bathrobes and slippers, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large balcony with outdoor furniture. The suites are divided into three categories dependant on whether they have a view of the street, the pool or the sea.

The refurbished pool area now offers a 17 metre long swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace which is furnished with loungers and parasols. The Sunprime Coral Suites and Spa has also added a fantastic chill out roof terrace with a bar and two solariums so you can enjoy the superb views over the Atlantic Ocean and Playa de las Americas. Guests will also find an internet corner and wi-fi area, a mini market and a launderette onsite.

The relaxed adult only atmosphere is enhanced by the addition of the Coral Suites Spa and Wellness Centre which has it own gym equipped with the latest cardio vascular and weight training machines and offers a wide variety of classes to join in with including aerobics, yoga, pilates and tai chi. If that all seems a little to energetic then you can just enjoy the wide variety of health and beauty treatments, therapies and services designed to nourish mind, body and soul.

For your dining pleasure, the Coral Suites Tenerife has a restaurant and large terrace with views over the pool. Here guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, show cooking and an a la carte or set menu served to the table (for lunch and dinner). Conveniently there is a poolside bar which serves drinks and snacks during the day, and a spacious and friendly lobby bar which does an excellent line in cocktails!

Swimming pools

The property has an outdoor fresh water free-form swimming pool as well as a sun terrace and gardens where you can sunbathe. A poolside bar is available for snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

Eating and drinking

The hotel has a restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served buffet style and includes fresh bread, pastries, cheese, butter, ham, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, smoothies and a variety of juices. Hot dishes are available from the show cooking areas of the restaurant. Lunch and dinner gives you the choice from an a la carte or set menu and is served directly to your table. During the warmer months guests can also enjoy dining outside on the terrace which overlooks the pool area. For refreshments there is a choice of three bars – one poolside which also serves snacks, a spacious lobby bar and a tranquil indoor bar.
