Overview
Constructed in 1996, the air-conditioned hotel complex with a garden and terrace was completely renovated in 2002/3. It comprises a total of 50 apartments spread across five floors. The hotel's facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a safe, six lifts, a scenic lift, two cafes, five bars, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, two shops and a hairdresser. Also on offer is a games room, a theatre, five air-conditioned restaurants with highchairs available for children, a dining room, a conference room, and a public Internet connection (charges apply). Room and laundry services are available (charges apply). Younger guests may let off steam in the kids' club or the playground.
Location
This hotel is located directly beside the sea, only about 100 m from the nearest beach. Guests will reach bars, restaurants, and shops in about 100 m, while the centre of Puerto de la Cruz lies approximately 1 km away. Transfer time from Tenerife North airport is about 25 minutes, from Tenerife South airport 1 hour.

The apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes, an integrated lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, piped music, and satellite/ cable TV. Also provided as standard in every room is a ceiling fan, a kitchen with two hobs, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave oven, a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a safe (charges apply), and a furnished balcony.

The complex has 2 adult swimming pools and 2 children's pools. An indoor pool is also available. Guests may further take advantage of the spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, the Jacuzzi, the sauna (charges apply) and a range of massage offerings (charges apply). Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym. In addition, it is possible to try salsa dance classes, water aerobics, tennis, table tennis, squash (charges apply), mini-golf, rowing, gymnastics, and archery. Guests are also able to enjoy a game of billiards as well as the entertainment programme for young and old.
Meals
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests may book a half board, a full board, or an all-inclusive stay. There are 5 restaurants serving a selection of international cuisine on offer: Canarian, Argentinean, Italian, barbecue and buffet service.
