Its 144 rooms, including 25 Junior Suites, are elegantly decorated and equipped with all conveniences. Its public rooms have modern audiovisual equipment and can accommodate up to 400 people.
The hotel, which was inaugurated in late 2001, is located right next to three of the town's new icons: the César Manrique Maritime Park, the Calatrava Auditorio and the Trade Fair building. It is not far from Playa de las Teresitas beach.
The modern lines of the furniture of the rooms, with wood fittings, marble bathrooms and predominantly light colours, give them a warm but refined feel, complemented by full facilities including interactive television and a modem connection. The executive floor rooms are ideal for those guests requiring an executive service and spacious working and rest areas. Includes 24-hour coffee, tea, chocolate and pastries service. Executive room guests also enjoy free newspapers, shoe-shine, pillow menu and bathroom with dressing gown and slippers. Free wireless Internet service throughout the floor.
