Refurbished in 2006, this hotel comprises a 4-storey building with 230 rooms. Facilities available to guests include a 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange service. A 24,000-m2 garden, as well as a hairdresser, minimarket, games room, conference room and a cosy snack bar, also feature. For an extra fee, laundry services are available, as is a babysitting service (on request). The hotel provides a minibus service to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
Location
This comfortable hotel is located in the quiet small town of La Quinta in Santa Ursula and affords a fabulous view out over Mount Teide and the sea. It is around 7 km from Puerto de la Cruz and the beach. Tenerife North airport is only around 15 km away.
Rooms
The well equipped junior suites consist of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. In addition to a kitchenette with fridge and an oven, accommodation units feature a separate bedroom and a lounge area with satellite TV. A hire safe, air conditioning, telephone and a balcony or terrace are further standard features.
Sport
The hotel has a freshwater pool and a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. For an additional fee, guests may use the spa with its sauna, steam room, whirlpool, various massage and health treatments, a gym and an indoor pool. Sporting options include tennis, table tennis, squash, aerobics, mini golf, and pool/snooker (all facilities for an extra charge). The nearest golf course is some 15 km away.
Meals
Guests are invited to serve themselves from the breakfast buffet. The Buffet Restaurant offers show cooking, thematic dinners and vegetarian meals. There is a weekly ?gala' dinner with a show.
