This 4-storey hotel is housed in a building that dates back to 1890 that underwent renovation work in the year 2000. There are a total of 6 apartments on offer to guests with capacity for up to 4 people. Room service is available and there is a car park to be found close by for those arriving by car (fees apply).

The apartments are located at the heart of Valencia just 300 m from the railway station and 3 minutes walk from the city centre and the top tourist sights. The famous district of the Ciudad de las Artes is a mere 10-minute drive away and it is just 1 minute to restaurants, bars and the nearest links to the public transport network and 5 minutes to an array of shopping venues. The city airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel whilst it is 170 km to Alicante Airport.

Rooms

The apartments cater for up to 4 persons and each come with individually controllable air conditioning and heating, a room with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes, a kitchenette with a ceramic cooker, an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher. Further room features include a dining table with 4 chairs, household items, dishes, plates, pots and pans, a salt pot and tea towels. The living area has a sofa bed (135 cm wide), satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system and a table. A full bathroom, basin, bidet, bath and towels come as standard, as do bed sheets, covers, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
