Every month, ten to thirty thousand locals and tourists alike gather at the beautiful Haad Rin beach to dance and party under the full moon. The party begins at dusk when the moon begins to make its ascent of the sky, and continues through the night to an accompaniment of reggae, techno and trance. Widely considered the premier dive site in the Gulf of Thailand, Sail Rock is a pinnacle which rises to 15m above and 40m below the surface.
