Within the hotel there is The Wellie Bar and Grill serving both international and traditional Irish dishes, open 12noon till 10pm Monday to Saturday and switch form the lunch menu to the dinner menu at 5, and 12noon till 9pm on Sunday, during which they serve an amazing Carvery between 12noon and 3pm.

There is also The Wellie Lounge open every day between 8am and 11pm; The Wellie Bar open 11am till 12midnight from Monday through Wednesday, 11am till 1am Thursday through Saturday, and 11am till 11pm on Sundays.
