• The town itself sits at the intersection of two rivers, and is a short distance from Loch Venachar and Loch Lubnaig. Divert just 15 minutes and you can also include Loch Achray, Loch Katrine and the Mentieth Lake. Each loch is great for water sports, and most offer something different, so it is worth travelling around. You can try your hand at some water skiing, take a sailboat out, go on a steamer trip or just find a comfy spot and a fishing rod and let the scenery engulf you.
