Eating and drinking

The notorious Three Sisters Pub is part of the hotel, and this historic Edinburgh pub has a buzzing, friendly atmosphere with regular themed nights and a large cobbled courtyard where guests enjoy the merriment and bustle of Edinburgh’s Old Town at night. The pub is located next to the reception and is open daily from 9am until 1am but later during the Edinburgh Festival and key event dates. The Pub serves food daily and “Upstairs” serves guests a traditional Scottish breakfast.

Breakfast is served daily in the Three Sisters and guests can choose between a full Scottish breakfast and a lighter continental breakfast to set them up for the day.

Throughout the day, guests can savour hearty food freshly prepared in the hotel’s kitchen and served in the cosy surrounds of the Three Sisters Bar.
