Atlanta Airport at a Glance
Atlanta International Airport is also known as Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, situated just over 10 kilometres south of the centre of Atlanta in the south eastern American state of Georgia. The airport is the busiest in the world with more planes landing and taking off here in one year than anywhere else; just fewer than 90 million people pass through the airport every year.
