• Crotched Mountain ski resort is home to some truly fantastic skiing, with a great variety of slopes suitable for all abilities.
• Wachusett Mountain resort is the largest resort in the region with plenty of facilities and a variety of slopes and runs. There is also a train which runs from the city during the weekends making it easily accessible from the city.
• There is no lack of sports teams in Boston and watching one of the city teams play is a great experience. Watch the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, the oldest baseball stadium in the major baseball leagues, or catch a New England Patriots game if you’d rather watch American Football and if basketball is more your sport then try and make a Boston Celtics game.
• A boat tour is a great way to see the city and the surrounding areas; there are number that run from the harbour area of the city.
