These Florida West Coast homes are private homes with swimming pools, maintained through various management companies located minutes from the accommodation. While the homes are generally older than those in the Orlando Disney area, all units meet the criteria of a superior home with all the necessary extras to make the house into a home. The traditional Florida ranch homes feature great rooms, large pools and spacious sun decks and are the ideal environment for taking in the relaxing pace along Florida's Gulf Coast and the beautiful beaches.

Location

With Tampa, Clearwater and Busch Gardens less than 56 km away, the neighbouring areas of Hudson and Newport Richey are a popular choice for guests wanting a more relaxing stay. Homes are all within 15 minutes' drive of the local area beaches, shops, golf courses and restaurants.

Rooms

The 3-bedroom homes are suitable for up to 6 guests. All accommodation comes with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, cable TV and a telephone. They are furnished with a sofa, a love seat and tables and chairs in the dining area. The master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds, with at least one shared bathroom and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, an ironing set and a clothes dryer are also provided.

Key collection and registration must be completed at The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, 8726 U.S. Highway 19, Port Richey, Florida 34673. The emergency phone number is +1 727 819 9842. Homes are cleaned prior to arrival, additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally. A refundable damage deposit of USD 300 is required upon check in. Check in is from 16:00 h.
