The Tropical Palms Resort is situated right in the heart of the Orlando Kissimmee area of Florida within five miles of the areas most popular theme parks, water parks and attractions, including the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Located behind Old Town and one mile from International Drive the Tropical Palms Resort is just a short walk to over 60 shops and restaurants and there is a shuttle service available to Walt Disney World Universal Studios and Sea World (with extra charge). For the golf enthusiasts of all ages, two championship golf courses and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf are all nearby.

Florida’s Tropical Palms Resort is a unique family holiday destination with a home from home appeal offering much more than a hotel. All cottages feature double the space of an average hotel room and can comfortably accommodate between four and six people. There is a fully equipped kitchen in each one as well as a spacious lounge with 22 channels of cable TV and a private deck so you can sit or dine outside and enjoy the fabulous Florida weather. The Westgate Palace is ideally located just off Orlando’s famous International Drive and within walking distance of the Wet and Wild Water Park and more than 200 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. All rooms are two bedroom two bathroom suites with a king-size bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Each room has a living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a whirlpool bath tub in the master bathroom. In addition to the fabulous living space, which is perfect for families, the Westgate Palace also has a heated pool and a wading pool for children, a fitness centre, basketball and volleyball courts, a games room, DVD rentals and internet access. Reception is open 24 hours a day and there is an onsite pizzeria and deli where you can enjoy freshly baked pizza and freshly made sandwiches.

The Floridays Resort is just minutes of all the area’s major attractions including the Lake Buena Vista entrance to Walt Disney World (2.5 miles away), SeaWorld (2.5 miles away) and Universal Studios (8 miles away).

Floridays Orlando Resort is a restful oasis in the middle of Orlando. Rooms are exceptionally well equipped and perfect for a family holiday to Disney. The Blue Heron Beach Resort features one and two bedroom condominium style suites overlooking Lake Bryan in the Lake Buena Vista area, minutes from downtown Orlando and just a mile from the Walt Disney World Resort. The hotel is also surrounded by world-class shopping and outlet stores, and is four miles from Seaworld and five miles from Universal Studios. The hotel operates a complimentary scheduled shuttle service to the Disney parks and this high rise building also gives you a perfect view of the Disney World fireworks from the observation platforms on every level.

Family-friendly, the Blue Heron Beach Resort’s 283 fully furnished condo suites all have a kitchen, bunk beds for kids, a balcony with great views, a Jacuzzi-tub in the master bedroom and air conditioning. The one bed suites can sleep a maximum of six people so are perfect for a holiday in Orlando. A daily housekeeping service is not provided although this can be requested with extra charge. There are however plenty of towels in each room and a washer/dryer.

The location, nestled on the banks of this natural spring fed lake, means you can enjoy water sports activities such as jet skiing or water skiing from the Buena Vista Water Sports Centre (additional charges apply although these are discounted for Blue Heron guests) or play a round of tropical mini golf at the adjacent 36 Hole Miniature Golf Course. The hotels own pool deck has a large and a small pool, a hot tub, a children’s pool and plenty of space where you can relax and soak up some Orlando sunshine.

The Blue Heron Beach Resort also has two onsite fitness centre’s, a video arcade games room, a private dock (where the water sport centre can bring anything you have hired), covered parking (limited spaces) to ensure you car stays cool during the summer months, and although Blue Heron is a self catering resort, within the building you will find a Starbucks, CiCi’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, a supermarket and a gift shop.
